Architecture Writing Workshop, Terms of Service

1. Introduction and Acceptance 

Welcome to architecturewritingworkshop.com (“Website”), an interactive online service operated remotely worldwide by Architecture Writing Workshop (“Architecture Writing Workshop”, “us”, “we”, or “our”). This page explains the Terms of Service (“Terms”) that governs your use of our Service (“Service”), which you may access by using several digital products, including but not limited to Architecture Writing Workshop website and mobile applications. Please read these Terms carefully before using any of our Service or products, regardless of whether you access it through an Architecture Writing Workshop product, or a third party site. 

Your access to and use of Architecture Writing Workshop is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use our Service.  

By accessing or using the Service (other than to read these Terms for the first time) you agree to be bound by these Terms. Do not access or use Architecture Writing Workshop if you disagree with any part of the terms. 

2. Content of Architecture Writing Workshop

All contents of our Service, including but not limited to images, illustrations, logos, photographs, video materials, text materials, the design of the Website and mobile applications, also known as the “Content” are protected by copyright, and owned or controlled by Architecture Writing Workshop, or the party credited. The Service and the Content are protected by copyright laws of Canada and international laws. You may use the Content only for your personal, non-commercial purposes, and you may not modify, publish, reproduce, sell, transfer, display, distribute, or exploit in any way, any of Architecture Writing Workshop Content or Service in part or in whole without prior written consent from Architecture Writing Workshop. 3. Architecture Writing Workshop Account 

Architecture Writing Workshop account (“Account”) allows you access to the Service we may provide and maintain in our sole discretion, including but not limited to accessing to text and multimedia content and to publishing user content. When you create an account with us, you must disclose information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Architecture Writing Workshop account without prior notice or our liability. 

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with Architecture Writing Workshop or a third-party service. 

You agree not to reveal your password to any third party and you agree not to assist anyone to gain access to any restricted area of Architecture Writing Workshop. You must also notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. 

You must be 13 years old or older to access or use Architecture Writing Workshop. If you are under 16 years old, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent to access or use our Service, including, without limitation, the submission of user content.  

4. Termination 

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. 

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. 

If you wish to discontinue the use of our Service, you may terminate your account by eliminating all mobile applications and  

5. Links To Other Web Sites and Third Party Advertising on Architecture Writing Workshop 

Our Service may contain links to third party web sites, services, or advisements that are not owned or controlled by Architecture Writing Workshop.  

Architecture Writing Workshop has no control over, does not endorse, and assumes no responsibility for the content, error, omission, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Architecture Writing Workshop shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. 

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit. 

 6. User Content 

Users of Architecture Writing Workshop may be permitted to publish user content in various areas of Architecture Writing Workshop. By submitting any content to publication, you agree that you are the author of the content, or that you have an explicit authorization from the author to publish the content. You acknowledge that the views expressed in your content do not necessarily represent views of Architecture Writing Workshop. You acknowledge that Architecture Writing Workshop does not support, endorse, or hold any liability in relation to user content.  

By submitting any user content to us, you or the owner of the content retain copyright of the content; however, you grant us non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide licence to use and publish the submitted content at any format, and on any of our digital or print products. We reserve the right to modify, cut, or remove your content at any time, without prior notice, and at our sole discretion.  

You warrant that when submitting or posting a comment or content, you use courteous and respectful language, you do not threaten or verbally abuse other users of Architecture Writing Workshop, and you do not discriminate or abuse on the basis of race, religion, citizenship, gender, sexual preference, age, region, national origin, disability, marital status, military status etc. Any such behaviour constitutes a breach of Terms and gives grounds for immediate suspension or termination of your account.  

 7. Governing Law 

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service. 

8. Changes 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. 

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
